Padel is played in doubles, so every match is two colleagues solving the same problem. The court is small and enclosed, which keeps rallies going even when players are new, and a match fits into an evening after work.
A league adds what a one-off event can't: a reason to come back every week, a standings table, and a final that the whole company can watch.
A typical season
- Week 1Kick-off clinic with a professional coach. Levels assessed, teams balanced.
- Weeks 2 to 6One match night a week. Rotating doubles fixtures and a live table.
- Week 7Playoffs for the top teams. A plate competition for everyone else.
- Week 8Finals night, awards and photos for your internal channels.
Eight weeks is a starting point. We adjust length, nights and venue to your team.
Two formats
- In-house leagueTeams from across your company play each other. Good for mixing departments and new joiners.
- Inter-company leagueYour team plays teams from other Dubai companies. Good for client relationships and a little pride.

Questions
Have you run leagues before?
The Anivan league format is new for 2027, so you would be among the first companies to play it. We agree the details, venue and price in writing before anything is booked.
Most of our team has never played. Is that a problem?
No. The kick-off clinic covers the basics, and fixtures are balanced so beginners play beginners at first.
What about the summer heat?
In the hot months we book indoor, air-conditioned courts. Outdoor courts are an option in the cooler months.
